Each personal training session lasts for 60 minutes. This includes a warm-up, the main workout, and a cool-down period. For specialized programs, session lengths may vary based on your specific needs.
I'm currently living in Peru and I'm able to offer at-home sessions in the Sacred Valley and gym sessions in Urubamba and Calca. I can also provide outdoor training sessions taking advantage of the beautiful natural environment of the Sacred Valley.

Yes, you can reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours notice at no additional charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a charge for the session. I understand that emergencies happen, so each client receives one late cancellation exception per package.
