My Story

I've always been fascinated by what the human body is capable of. That curiosity started with fitness, but over time it expanded into something much bigger.

The stronger, healthier, and more capable I became, the more opportunities opened up. Hiking mountains became easier. Traveling became more enjoyable. Learning new skills felt less intimidating. Fire performance became another way to express creativity, and modeling became a way to collaborate with brands that value health, movement, and outdoor living.

Eventually I realized these things were not separate. Fitness was not the final goal anymore. It became the foundation that supported everything else: confidence, travel, creativity, connection, and the ability to fully participate in life.

20+ Years of Personal Training Experience

More than two decades of personal training experience across strength training, athletics, mobility, yoga, hiking, movement practice, and performance arts. Rather than following a single training style, my approach combines lessons from multiple movement disciplines to help clients build strength, move efficiently, reduce injury risk, and enjoy an active, sustainable lifestyle.
