"I was training with Jono for 10 months, at first it was two 90-minute sessions a week, then three 60-minute sessions. When I started I had no experience, but Jono put together a workout plan for me for each session targeting different areas of the body. He clearly showed me how to do each exercise, let me know when I was not maintaining the correct form, and always gave me pointers on how to improve.

He started off gauging my ability and quickly found a good balance where I was being challenged each session without becoming completely overwhelmed or getting injured. I quickly noticed improvements in the amount of weight I was able to work with and the number of repetitions I was able to complete across the whole range of exercises. I also quickly lost a bit of excess weight I had been carrying and noticed I was bulking up considerably. Jono also helped me by providing dietary advice and making recommendations for supplements.

After 10 months I had seen a huge improvement in my strength, how I looked in the mirror, and it was a big confidence boost. My girlfriend definitely noticed too! I am very grateful to Jono for the time he spent with me. He is very knowledgeable, patient, punctual and reliable. I felt he had a genuine desire to see me improve and would constantly provide encouragement and keep me motivated to continue moving forward.
